Kinnitty Castle Knight Run

Are you ready to take on the Kinnitty Castle 10km Knight Run Challenge?
Join us for an unforgettable night-time trail run through the magical Slieve Bloom Mountains, starting from the iconic 4★ Kinnitty Castle Hotel.

Under the light of a new moon, runners will ascend through forest trails and open mountain paths, guided only by headlamps and determination. The route leads to the upper valley of the Blooms before descending a fully waymarked trail back to the castle, the perfect finish line for your moonlit adventure.

Event Details

• Date: Friday, 6th February 2026

• Location: Kinnitty Castle Hotel, Co. Offaly

• Registration: 6:00pm – 7:10pm sharp (Banquet Hall)
  Collect your race number at registration.

• Start Time: 7:30pm sharp (mass start)
  Faster runners are encouraged to start at the front.
